My Father's Landscaping Project

Curtis was privileged to experience His Father's landscaping project (in Big Basin). Curtis has made some feeble attempts at landscaping in the backyard. But His Father knows no limits to the beauty of His creations.

Incidentally while Curtis was hiking on this Saturday, Lucy played two tough doubles matches. They lost but it was close.

This view is from the peak looking to the ocean.

..........

This is Berry Creek Falls, just one of the falls that Curtis saw today.
..........

Above and below Curtis enjoys one of those perfect moments contemplating the glory of His Father.

As I contemplate the tall dry oaks on the flattest possible acreage with the boiling hot sun and the soppy humid air, I am tempted to believe God has favorite places, and obviously, one of them is California and not the cactus desert of Texas. What great beauty!! Maybe God is giving Satan jurisdiction over Texas for the present? Wish I could have been there too...almost makes me in the mood to search for cheap plane tickets....congratulations on keeping on even when you lose Lucy - we miss you! Suzi

ON second thought, maybe He made Texas as an object lesson contrasting beauty and un-beauty!!
