Tavo does the dishes

The Visit

We have been thoroughly enjoying the time with the family from Arizona, though it is more noise than we are used to.
Gustavo, Trisha, Tavo (alias Lil Goose) and Lucy and Curtis went to Big Basin. Tavo was amazed by the trees.
He did a walk the tree show.

Earlier in the week we actually had both grandsons at the house. It was tough to get pictures with two moving targets but the following pictures were our attempt.

Isaac's Day with Grandma

Isaac did this over and over. It was supposed to be for his cars but he had other ideas.

He decided his way was best!

Renaissance Faire Music and Dancing video

Renaissance Faire at the Casa de Fruita

While Lucy was at a tennis match, which she won, Curtis attended the Renaissance Faire near Gilroy with Marsha and Richard.
The acrobatic performance was absolutely amazing.

I got some good fencing tips, never know when that will be useful.
The jousting looked very painful and realistic.
The Irish and Scottish music and dancing was refreshing and exhilarating (see the next blog).

Parents' Night Out / Grandparents' Night In

While Carolyn and Jason had their first without Isaac date, Lucy and I got to watch Isaac. This included some extreme play time at the MacDonald's play park. Curtis' knees got severely beaten during the trips through the tunnels.
Isaac loves to "dip" his food.
At times the tunnels were scary.

The shirt just kept getting dirtier and dirtier.

Isaac loves his animal post card from his auntie Briania.

Following the Motion Machine

Much of today I followed Isaac, the motion machine.

Isaac would spend most of the day at the pond if you let him. He loves to throw the rocks, move the toy bears, pretend he is cleaning, examine the chimes, explore the back of the tree, etc.
